AMY DRUCK

Growing up on the beautiful North Fork of Long Island New York, Amy was always romping around with the neighborhood kids riding bikes, playing sports and enjoying the outdoors. At a young age she discovered her love for health and fitness.  She played collegiate soccer at Messiah College for 4 years and earned the captain position as a senior.

Amy is a mom to three teenage boys and has been married to Peter for 20 years, who she has known since childhood. Her health and wellness journey has evolved over the years from struggling with disordered eating to finding a sustainable and healthy approach to nutrition and fitness.  Moving deeper into her passion for working with people, she completed the CrossFit Level 1 Certification and started coaching Crossfit Classes.  In addition to coaching fitness, Amy got certified to coach nutrition through Precision Nutrition believing that the best way to approach overall wellness includes both fitness and nutrition.

Amy's coaching philosophy is that small consistent changes over time leads to transformation, both physical and spiritual.

In addition to coaching through her own business, Amethyst Nutrition and Training, Amy has been a part of the Mile High Vineyard Church staff for over 10 years. She has worked in various roles from Kid Ministry to Sunday Teams to Missions. Currently, Amy works as a pastoral assistant at East Denver Vineyard. She loves coaching people towards deeper spiritual transformation and how to experience God's presence in the big and small moments of life.

In her free time, Amy loves to read, spend time with her family and friends, hunt for treasures at thrift stores, keep her plants alive and love on her puppy Otis.
