Jessica is the Lead Pastor of The Practicing Church, a Vineyard missional community in the Seattle area. Jessica is passionate about creating transformational communities committed to the inward journey of wholeness and contemplative spirituality as well as the outward journey of loving neighbor in solidarity with the poor and the oppressed.
Jessica is a Parish Guide for Parish Collective and serves on the instructional team for learning communities that are reimagining missional innovation & church revitalization in the neighborhood. She serves as Board Chair of Turning Point, a non-profit birthed out of her faith community serving low-income and immigrant children and their families.
Jessica has also completed Sustainable Faith's School of Spiritual Direction and loves exploring the movement of God in the lives of others. Jessica is an artist and brings her creativity to her community in many ways and has been a worship leader and songwriter for over 25 years. Jessica and her husband, David, have four grown children and live in Shoreline working for the good of their neighborhood.
